I am an assistant professor of Career and Technical Education at the College of Education, Department of Leadership, Policy, and Lifelong Learning, and an affiliate faculty at the Nault Center for Entrepreneurship, University of South Florida.
My research, teaching, and service center around lifelong sustainable career development.
I am an affiliate at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences Institute of Innovation & Entrepreneurship; the Accommodating Generations in Employment (AGE) Initiative at Stern School of Business, New York University, and the Center for Humanistic Management at the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University.
